Teaching --
Received the B.S. degree in engineering physics from the University of Michigan in 1967. In 1973 he received a Ph.D. degree in physics from Stanford University. He continued as a research associate at Stanford for three years as an accelerator physicist. In 1976, he joined the faculty at GMU. Dr. Ceperley is currently an Associate Professor in both the Electrical and Computer Engineering and Physics Departments at GMU. His current research interests include electromagnetics, thermo-acoustic heat engines and wave dynamics.
